Details:

I recently have troubles with RSIBreak, a KDE program to help preventing RSI.
It detects user activity, and sometimes it ask him/her to stop for a while.

When I'm running Wesnoth and the "Stop for a while" message pops up, it
detects activity after every 3 seconds or so, even if I'm doing nothing.
since it happens with all the SDL games I tested, I supposed it would be a
problem in RSIBreak, and I reported
(https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=251364).

Later, I got a response to the bug report, pointing out that the problem is
probably the other way around, that Wesnoth (and the other games) are
simulating activity to prevent Screensaver to pop up. If this is true, I
think it should me considered a bug (in the bug report for RSIBreak there's a
solution, it seems).

If not, I'll report it back to the RSIBreak developers.
