Details:
The [filter_location] time_of_day key does not actually accept times of day,
but it does accept 'lawful', 'neutral', or 'chaotic'. It would make more
sense if its parameters were
daytime
nighttime
twilight
dusk
dawn
first watch
second watch
morning
afternoon
and, for maximum flexibility, a comma-separated list as well. The list bit
would be a feature request, but not accepting actual times of day in a
'time_of_day' key is a bug.
