Details:

The extension manager should make clear, whether an extension is already
installed or not. There is no other method provided to the users then
remembering themselves. But even the extension's names are not the same as
that of the campaign's. This would benefit in lower bandwidth usage
(noticeable on mobile connections).

A) The simplest way is another column or an icon, used as indicator
(installed/not installed).
B) Or display a warning, to prevent unintentional
re-downloading/re-installing with a Yes/No-question.
C) The most advanced would be an end-user versioning-system for extensions
inside the game.

I hope to see (A+B) realized…
