Details:

Consider scenario:
0 Start a local multiplayer game on _Elensefar_ _Courtyard_ with default era.
0 Choose Drakes for player one. Other settings unchanged.
0 Enter planning mode.
0 Select your leader.
0 Move mouse to hex 21,14 (the swamp to the north of your keep).
0 Rapidly move the mouse back and forth betweem hexes 21,14 and any adjacent
hex.

You will notice that, as the mouse cursor leaves the swamp hex (21,14), the
parts of animation that extend out of the hex are left behind (the surrounding
hexes are not redrawn).

The provided screenshot displays a Drake Glider on turn 2 in order to better
show the issue without fog.
