Ok, after discussing with Zookeeper it happens that we had a plan on how to
solve that particular problem, but it hasn't been implemented yet and we don't
really have anybody with a good knowledge of the area to do it.

Since you already have a good knowledge of the area, and if you feel up to the
task, it would be great if you gave it a go...

the idea is that any area revealed during a player's turn should never be
covered again. Fog would only come back between turns. This would be more
simple, UI-wise and would less conflict with the planning mode ghosts

are you interested in trying to code that ?
