Details:

When replaying a saved game which create units at prestart (like mainline MP
2P Hornshark Island), the units are created twice. 

Tested with 1.11+svn rev 55613
This problem does not happen in BFW 1.10

How to reproduce:

Multiplayer -> local game
2p - Hornshark Island
   [2-3 units are created next to the leader]
Save game -> 2p - Hornshark Island Turn 1
Quit game
Load -> Show replay -> 2p - Hornshark Island Turn 1.gz -> OK
   [4-6 units are now present next to the leader]

If we compare the save files between BFW 1.10 and BFW 1.11, we see in version
1.11 that the side definition within [replay_start] section is containing both
the units created at prestart and the prestart event itself.
The prestart event will be fire again during the reload, leading to duplicate
unit creation.

At version 1.10, the units are not in the side definition of the
[replay_start].
