As per this thread:

which looked to be a problem with new syntax, but is actually a filterwml
issue introduced somewhere between 1.11.1 and 1.11.2.
The filterwml does not anymore match unit variable equals "yes" to "true" any
more for the unit [variables] tag as seen by "debug", "inspect".
