Follow-up Comment #1:
I was unable to reproduce the bug. The pop-up menu appeared by the mouse, not
by the unit the just finished moving. Tested in 1.11.10 and 1.10.7. Also tried
during movement and during the ending animation of movement (after the unit
reached the destination). Can you shed any more light on what other factors
might be involved?
