It looks like we intended to do this but got distracted or didn't answer all
of the questions we had before executing?

I'm sure redmine has many merits, but I'm just as motivated by the drawbacks
of the current bugtracker:
1.) Generates untrusted certificate warnings when you follow bugs.wesnoth.org
link, which surely deters users from reporting.
2.) Requires user to answer an inane trivia question about git as a CAPTCHA
question.
3.) Savane formatting is wonky and difficult to use correctly, also you can't
edit your post after it's been made to fix the formatting mistakes.
