Details:
This bug is noticeable especially with dwarves since they have north-facing
sprites and the dwarven keep has a throne. Watching a dwarven leader stare
intently at his throne is rather odd.
I suppose the general fix would be to have certain scenery tiles cause
occupying units to face southward.
