Details:
When playing "Eastern Invasion" campaign on 1.13.0 build, at the start of
"Captured" mission the game provides initial text, gives an objective and then
immidiately ends in defeat. I finished the previous mission (vrug Lake) at
turn 29 (out of 30) with negative money but I am not sure if that is the cause
of a problem.
The save file for bugged mission is provided with this report.
