I'm with the group stating that 1.2 shouldn't have as strict rules as 1.0. For 
example, I'd not exlude unfinished translations. I think we should try to 
have it crash free and keep running a server for people to play it but let's 
face it - it won't be maintained for long. A mere couple of weeks after 1.0 
all were exited about 1.1 and nobody wanted to work much on 1.0 anymore. 
Working with very strict rules in all areas should be the goal for a far away 
2.0. Right now Wesnoth is still changing with a high rate, I suppose that 
this rate will lower over time. At least code-wise unless we want to have 
feature bloat in a couple of years.
