As I said before; I don't care about this enough to argue if you
choose something contrary to my opinions, but...
My preferences for a name are:
1] Holy
2] Mystic
3] Dispel
As for the gameplay changes, I have no objections.

A description of all damage types would be helpful. I have no

"White damage" is technically a gramatical phrase in English, but
it sounds like nonsense or a translation error.
I agree with Darth Fool that many other terms already mentioned,
such as "holy," "dispell," and "mystic," etc. are better
descriptions of Noy's concept.

Although there has been quite a bit of discussion over what it
should be called, I have decided to call it White Damage. I know
there has and will be quite a bit of controversy over this name,
but before everybody pulls their pitchforks out, let me give my
reasons for why I’ve decided to chose this name. First the name
white damage is coherent with the nature of this new system. In
religion and just general symbolism, white is often the colour of
purity, which is what white damage is supposed to model. Secondly,
its also a bit of a compromise. There is and (definately will be)
quite a bit of backlash if we changed holy into something
completely different by name. Having white instead of holy is not
that far of a jump, so it can be more acceptable. Some have said
that the consensus is with Mystic damage. Well first off, quite a
few people have suggested to me on the wesnoth-dev that they are
not happy with that, so I don't see it as a consensus.
