There are Mingw packages in Fedora 10 that may provide another alternative for doing builds for Windows. I don't remember that be an issue recently, but at some times there have been signicant lags after Linux binaries were available before Windows binaries became available. I haven't tested this to make sure it will really work yet, but figured some developers might be interested in hearing about this.
