Since there was no more feedback on utbs, I have moved the campaign (including
translations) to branches/utbs. That is the _main.cfg file should be altered
already so that this campaign can directly be uploaded to the dev addon server
by fendrin.

I am still not sure about ANL. That is zookeeper reported the game going OOS in
this mode very often (engine bug!) but there is no 100% reliable way to
reproduce. It would be nice to get a complete list of what is broken in this
mode and which extensions to the engine are needed to have it work nicely. Can
someone try to get a list with this stuff together?
