Hi Caleb, Thank you for your mail. You are right we need to move the process forward. Much has been said, less has been done. It is time to start acting. We should quickly agree on the number of the task force. Some had mention seven as an ideal number but my view would that the task force should have more than seven people for pragmatic reasons. Father Rofino should generate a draft work plan or schedule and share it with members of the task force before publishing it to the rest of us for more input. While you, Caleb should volunteer to work on the terms of reference for the task force and share the terms of reference with the task force before making it public for further discussion. After soliciting our input on the work plan and the terms of reference, the task force should proceed to refine the two documents and table them again for adoption and real work begins from there.
