Guys, I think from the look of things, this fellow long settled in Mbarara n has no proper settlement in Arua. Trying to change burial site at this moment might be futile. I believe the Foundation should concern itself with educating people about their heritage. You can try but it is the wrong way at this moment. Dont increase the pain and anxiety of the family at this trying moment.
