Ya it is true, Christine. Members made various contributions towards the
documents and we have been engrossed with fine tuning them. Hopefully, things
are bound to be easier after the registration. Thanks for your observation

Dear all,
I have same thoughts like of Sam. If we can get many people there, it is just a
matter of allocating time. Just one hour before dance, we would have discussed
very important issues. I remember we suggested a workshop to put issues in
focus for this forum, Alaka had accepted but no feedback up to now. We discuss
issues here and no follow up. This I think discourages people from
contributing. I am not sure whether somebody summarises the issues discussed
but this way we cant move. Those who dont dance can always get feedback in my
view.

Thanks

Christine

Dear all,

Well observed comments and submissions. My voice to Jimmy Awuzus' physical
contact is this; I welcomed the idea of west nile night theme knowing it is a
social-informative setting where information can be shared by all who
subscribed to the this forum. I still suggest, instead of making the westnile
theme night a just of dance, dine and wine session, the executive and members
could agree and slot 1 or 2 hours interactions before 9 or 10pm within the same
venue to discuss issues of concern and get feedback before hitting the dance
floor.

Call it mixing work and play, I think it is the most convinient setting to sort
out a few feedback issues from members. One question though, how about those
whose orientation is not dance floors? Pick from Awuzus' submission.

Dear all,
Many thanx to J J Avudria and Draecabo Charles for the concerns raised about
lack of feedback (contribution) and the direction this forum is taking. It is
true many of us only comment on a few specific topics and the fora goes quiet
when topical and developmental issues come up.
One problem might be lack of adequate access to or the time spent on the
internet or just poor attitude of "let me see who said what".
Can i suggest that we try our best to arrange for phsical meetings just like we
are able to gather for wedding meetings or social functions? One evening in a
month wouldn`t really be that cumbersome? We could have simultaneous sittings
both in Kampala and Arua to discuss specific issues and pass resolutions on
them straight away to supplement our submissions on the net.The other advantage
would also be to get know each other and put faces to the names we see on the
net.
Building up this fora will pass through many challenges and i pray for
tolerance amoung all of us at least for the sake of West Nile-Let our goals
over ride our personal weaknesses and differences.
Thank you.

J A Angubo.
