Great brilliant idea for cultural identity symbol. Involving a larger community participation is good. I am sure we have graphic artists whose talent we can draw on. A long the lines, we could think about *Miss West Nile nomination or competition.* The winner could be given some modest scholarship. Also we could think about organizing/promoting *West Nile Music Festival or Music Carnival,* giving opportunity to celebrate the talents of emerging musicians.
These are some wild ideas that I think would bring large crowds in the towns that would be useful for the business community. Down the road we could ask some of our men/women in business to contribute some small donations for promoting/advertising their businesses/products in these events. jjAvudria On Wed, Sep 8, 2010 at 4:00 AM, <westnilenet-requ...@kym.net> wrote: > Send WestNileNet mailing list submissions to > westnilenet@kym.net > > To subscribe or unsubscribe via the World Wide Web, visit > http://orion.kym.net/mailman/listinfo/westnilenet > or, via email, send a message with subject or body 'help' to > westnilenet-requ...@kym.net > > You can reach the person managing the list at > westnilenet-ow...@kym.net > > When replying, please edit your Subject line so it is more specific > than "Re: Contents of WestNileNet digest..." > > > Today's Topics: > > 1.
