Dear all, It is a pity that the devil has invaded us the West Nilers with such disastrous consequences. My brother who traveled by 9.30 pm KKT bus from Arua to Kampala has reported another accident around Kawanda area at around 4.00 am, though he was not sure which bus was involved. He said the bus rolled into a deep valley and there was heavy presence of police in the area. Since he was sick he said that he never went out, but those who managed to get out to see what had happened said the bus they saw in the valley seemed to have been a Gaa Gaa bus. Kindly note that I have no confirmation about this, but we shall hear more in the course of the day.
