Dear all: During 9pm NTV news last night, the police boss, Kale Kaihura said the bus in question was KK travelling from Koboko to Kampala. That the accident occurred between Nebbi and Pakwach when the bus collided head-on with a fuel tanker from travelling Kampala. Sixteen people died on spot and 4 died later. That the bus was only carrying 35 people.
