Urbanization comes with all forms of crimes which we should be prepared to
face. As the population grows, we will continue to witness these problems
unless corrective measures are taken to adress the root causes of these
problems

a) Prostitution
b) Robbery
c) Murders
d) Drug abuse (Narcotics, Marungi, Bangi, etc)
e) Bugglary
f)Petty theft and shop lifting
g) Alcohol addiction

The more quiet we keep about these problems, the problems will continue to
grow and get worse. These problems can only be solved by community
involvement in addressing the problems. Large cities around the world have
social action groups(community organizations) who adress these
problems/challenges.

Should we leave these problems in the hands of local administrators in the
region alone? Should we get involved in one way or another?

My Gues is that a doctor starts treating root causes of the disease and not
just symtoms of the problems: Some of these problems are the result of:

a) Girls who refuse to go to schools
b) High school drop ratios among the girls
c) High unemployment in the region
d) High ratio of poverty amongst the youth

The question is where do begin to adress the problems?
