Caleb, I have been following all these responses silently while burning with anger as Ezaga has mentioned just to my expection on what needs to be done and how this letter should be addressed with copies circulated. I concur 100% with Ezaga's view that ACTUAL EVIDENCE NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT AGAINST THIS MAN SO THAT THERE IS VITAL EVIDENCE TO DISLOGDE HIM. I even doubt whether he is a UGANDAN from that part of the region if his own people from YUMBE dont like him, how can he be made to Reside or Preside on behalf of the people of ARUA??? The last time i found him eating mairungi with G/NUTS instead of bubble Gum as others do, i just gave up on his state of mind. I rest my case.
