Dear Aggrey and Members,

I note your personality insight of the Major with keen interest. With your
insight, I observe that no man is larger than reason and virtue since the two
in my view are inevitable.I therefore believe that no one living has enough
emotion and vigor to fight the inevitable but could only cooperate with it! I
see that some of  the members of this community are genuinely interested in
others which is a positive thing. However, some members who read this net have
also said that ''all this talk about getting interested in others is damn
nonsense! that they would rather go put money in their purse(s) if I could
borrow from our old adage...ndunyaku..panyani..hmmm. Well, if that is their
opinion we must respect it. Indeed our criticisms should be functional and no
love should be lost. Members have identified a leadership gap which can be
corrected without necessarily getting even. Our shared vision should therefore
be to solve our challenges and if
possible turn such gaps into an opportunity to strengthen each other. Just for
fun ...adi le ize wu drisi niya?

Dear Adam and Members,

The  Maj. Abiriga I know, observed and have often heard from wouldn't have any
sence of regrets or remorse. At most he will try his best to go a higher level
of damaging utterances in pursuit of his defense. He is like a child who in the
correction process even runs and a long the way commits more damage.  At best,
when one interacts with him one may dismiss him as a clawn and doubt if his
acts and utterances do come from his heart!

With that the proposal to write to the appointing authority and some publicity
of the same may be a step forward, of course not withstanding the need to
document facts for evidence about him.
