If I am not mistaken the question which everyone is not asking is.....

Whether Caleb is able to provide the leadership West Nile Foundation
requires to take it to the next level given his current commitments as
a very busy Attorney?

When asked about the next steps on this particular issue earlier,
Caleb's aswer was that he would respond after the foundation's next
executive meeting. This was in either February or March, 2013, more
than two months ago.

I beleive there is no one who can question the commitment of everyone
on the executive to the west nile foundation -- but the reality is
that we are all very busy -- others are busier -- work,
home....especially those who work for themselves where there is
neither weekends nor holidays.

That is why we suggested WN Foundation establish a secretariat and
employ an Executive Director who will do the leg work leaving the
Board of Directors (currently referrred to as the "executive") to
focus on strategic issues such as advocacy for e.g. for the
foundation.

How long does it take for the current "executive" to take a decision
to create a secretariat and recruit an executive director?

I personally think the decision must be taken by the WN foundation
members and implemented by the "executive".

What the "executive" need to bring to the membership is their
recommendation for the mandate and terms of reference for the
executive director, proposed budget and a request for members to raise
the funds needed to run the office for a year, two years.

I am wrong?
