Ombachi 2015: Are Ugandan Leaders Ready To Apologize As Well?

I would like to highlight the Ombachi commemoration 2015 which happened
recently.
The Archbishop of Gulu Archdiocese John-Baptist Odama, requested that a
truth and reconciliation similar to the one previously held in South
Africa, be organized to heal Uganda.
For that purpose and for the families who lost loved ones, I would like to
request that we as a nation make June 24th a public holiday. Many Ugandans
can then move on from the sectarian politics and be physically and
spiritually involved in building a new Uganda that also recognizes their
suffering.
But when are all our leaders ready to confess/apologize as well?
