I went on to the MUK site in search of contact email or cellphone number for the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Dr. Akullu Ezati, for I wanted to pass on my condolences to her and the family over the loss of her husband, our dear brother, Dr. Isaac Alidria-Ezati. Although the late Doctor Alidria-Ezati was my senior at St Charles Lwanga College Koboko, he was always nice and kind to us the younger ones and it is from that time that I remember him well May his soul rest in peace! Dr. Ngaka, kindly convey my condolences to the family. The question that needs to asked is whether Uganda as a country does have a cyber strategy.
