Charles If some creative Ugandans want to twist my comment then that will their prerogative. My comments perhaps were my personal thoughts of wondering how IT security at such an important academic Institution is managed. While the police may have cyber security personnel, the University and the Department iT security personnel should have been the frontline people to detect such breaches and block the service immediately for users with a warning for users while they try to find out how and where the security breach occurred. IT security has and should have many levels of security depending on the levels of information provision and access. Perhaps thinking aloud was my mistake.
