wget for Windows 3.1?

I use Windows 3.1 (with Win32s) for connecting to the Internet.
I am very much interested in wget but I have been unable to locate
an executable built for that platform. Is such an executable to be
found anywhere?

The only C compiler I have is DJGPP and, having read what the FAQ says
about building for Windows, I am not keen to make the experiment,
especially considering that this would be a one-off job.
