hi. wget fails to retry when it sees error 503 from squid... squid returned "no dns records".. though it should have said temporary error.. but anyways:
$ wget -t0 -c \ http://www-3.ibm.com/storage/hdd/tech/techlib.nsf/techdocs/85256AB8006A31E587256A77006E0E91/$file/D60gxp_sp21.pdf --17:59:52-- http://www-3.ibm.com/storage/hdd/tech/techlib.nsf/techdocs/85256AB8006A31E587256A77006E0E91/D60gxp_sp21.pdf => D60gxp_sp21.pdf' Connecting to localhost:3128... connected!
