I've been using Denika since it was firzt available. Although it has limited
capabilities in the number of devices it can monitor, it suits our
environment. We didn't take any training. The product is so intuitive that
it wasn't really necessary. The product works well, giving a good indication
of likely trouble spots. Support has always been excellent.

Thoroughly worth the money.

Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] WebNM or Denika Users Comment Please

I am about to purchase WebNM for the network performance trending piece
(unlimited Denika).

Has anyone using either product purchased the on site training?

Any comments relative to the products, support or use would be appreciated.

Thank you, Carl D.
