Chris, I have noticed the same problem.
But, it only seems to happen if I start the WUG service while I'm running WUG on the machine. The fix was to stop the service, the go into the services monitor and make sure it stopped (I've seen it still in there as running when I try and stop it NT says something about an invalid name then it goes away) quit out of the active program, then restart the service using the cmd prompt. Works fine after that.
