I just did this very thing this morning. I put 2,3 in the traps field to get linkDown and linkUp traps. Since I also want to see when other interfaces on the router go up/down, this works for me.

I have complied the Cisco ISDN mibs into Whatsup using the mib extractor, and I receive the traps in the log file for my device, but I cant seem to get an email alert to work. The trap is as follows; 20020219 134125 SNMP 203.2.132.226 Trap(ciscoIsdnMibTrapPrefix-6.2) demandNbrLogIf.19.1=21 demandNbrName.19.1=ausagm01 demandNbrLastDuration.19.1=75 demandNbrClearReason.19.1="Normal call clearing" demandNbrClearCode.19.1=0x10 demandNbrEntry.17.19.1=2 The traps.txt files has the following; isdnMibCallInformation,isdnMibTraps,6,1 demandNbrCallInformation,ciscoIsdnMibTrapPrefix,6,1 ISDN,cisco.9.26.2-6.2,0,0 I have tried putting 6.1 in the On SNMP Traps section in the alert configuration screen, but doesn't work. The email address has been tested ok. Any tips?
