You have to go into the maps settings and click the submit button so that it writes your changes to disk. This caused me problems as well

Stop the WUG service (wugsvc -remove) 6. Restart the service 7. open your browser and go to your map where the change was made 8. click on the device The text that was put in the info field is gone.
