Why does the Status variable sometimes indicate: Status: Active and responding ( 0)
for both a down notification and an up notification?

This seems to occur most often when monitoring a Windows server using a ICMP polling
method and checking the status of the NT services.

The notification variable %S is the Whatsup Gold Status (such as "timed out" or "did
not respond").

e.g.
Status: Timed Out ( 11010)
Status: (TCPIP Poll) All monitored services down ( 1)

Using the default mail notification for Whatsup Gold is:

Configure, Notification Library...., SMTP Mail...Default

Display Name: Default
Mail Server:
To:
From: "WhatsUp" <whatsup@%l>
Subject: %c %n %v %u at %t
Message:
%c %n %v %u at %t
Address: %a
Info 1: %1
Info 2: %2
Date: %d
Status: %S ( %s)  <==== Active and responding (0)
Svcs: %v
Notes: %N
%m

Also, when being notified that the service is down, the message displays the name of
the service, but when the service comes up, it does not list the service name.

e.g.

NT Server GPSMTP01 SVCUP at 16:20:19

Does anyone have any customized mail alert templates using other notification
variables that they can share?
