How in the world can whatsupgold say something is not pingable, when it’s ABSOLUTLEY pingable?

i sometimes see this kind of problem. I end up adding a new device to the map, make it the same as the one that fails, and presto. Don't know why it works that way.

My WhatsUpGold software is showing it can not ping a router, but from the actual server, I can ping it just find from the command line...

Anyone ever see this before?
