Can anyone help me out with this. I currently have What's Up Gold 5.01, I'm trying to sent up so it will send an e-mail notification to my Remedy help desk Application to automatically open an help desk ticket, the problem that I ran into is that when I edit the notification and paste in the e-mail Template it takes it, but when I go back and review it chops off the last 13 lines of the e-mail. So I guess that there is a limit of the characters What's Up will send out, is this also true for the new Versions? Is there a way increase the email size in version 5.01 ?
