[WhatsUp Forum] service name in web view

Anyone else run into this?  When displaying down services in  web page like this:

 

   <%IFNOT% IS_DEVICE_UP>

                    <b> <FONT FACE="ARIAL" SIZE=8 COLOR=RED> <%SERVICE% FULLNAME> </b>

 

any down service names do not appear, just a blank space, but the webdown.wav alarm does sound. The down services DO show in the console.  System names respond just fine like this:

 

   <%IFNOT% IS_DEVICE_UP>
                   <b> <FONT FACE="ARIAL" SIZE=8 COLOR=RED> <%DEVICE% DISPLAY_NAME> </b>

 

This is for version 7.04
