Actually...
With a voice modem What's Up is supposed to be able to dial your phone, and speak to you about what problems there are.
This is the whole reason I bought it.
Then to get it, read the manual and find out it only works in Windows 98...
I've been told numerous times that a fix is coming out...but after a year of it, I let my support expire.

I have a Verison cell phone. Verison uses this format for e-mails:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
or
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
If your actually talking about have a text to speech alert I don't know how
that is done via phone.
