Hi, Our management likes the output generated from the Web Interface when selecting the "Summary View" option of a map when displayed as WebPage. It reports Name Type # Polls % Responded % Missed Down time Period # Alerts Avg delay Min delay Max delay in a nice easy to read overview.
1. Which report do I need to run to get the same output from the program Console interface (Reports, select MAP name, report type). None of the report types available like Detail(ascending),Detail(descending),Day of the Week ,RawData yield the same output as generated by the "Summary View" option of the Web Page. 2. The Web interface also has an option to "Reset Counters" for a map.... is there any way I can do the same from the WhatsUp console? 3. Is there anyway to reset counters programmatically (like running once a month a batch job to reset counters to zero for all maps)??
