If PageLink goes away, how about just renaming BookmarkablePageLink  
to PageLink to keep the nice, short class name? If that's too brutal  
in terms of backwards compatibility, you could deprecate  
BookmarkablePageLink and make PageLink a no-op subclass (or vice- 
versa). Or is that not as simple as it sounds?
