I was thinking about that too. I'm for that - unless others have good arguments against it -, with deprecating bookmarkable link for now.

If that's too brutal in terms of backwards compatibility, you could deprecate BookmarkablePageLink and make PageLink a no-op subclass (or vice- versa).
