Hi Robin, We seem to have got most of this figured out... when a page is deleted you will now get an email that actually says so... and the same for other actions such as page creation, protection, and so on.
The remaining problems are that some people seem to be getting emails for problem reports (which say the page is created) and this one where the user doesn't seem to have done anything! Most strange.
