There's an issue with those transclusions from central wikia that may
be related.
Some time ago, the {{subst:}}itution of central wikia pages from
another wikia was possible, for example, using
{{subst:w:WikiaAdoption}} instead of {{w:WikiaAdoption}}.
In fact, I use a custom signature that allows me to have a custom sig
on each wiki, and a default sig when no custom sig is created on a
particular wiki, leaving a clean wiki markup without templates:
{{subst:#ifexist:User:USERPAGE/sig|{{subst:User:USERPAGE/sig}}|{{subst:w::User:USERPAGE/globalsig}}}}
But because subst: is no longer working with wikia templates, this no
longer works.
Would this functionality return eventually?
