I know about that one. But it doesn't handle converting existing
prefixes into namespaces. That's something which requires intervention
by the techs. Which however if put with a proper check and the common
SQL used, could actually be possible to be put into a form. Would
definitely reduce how much the techs need to do work on large wiki like
Yu-Gi-Oh! which have developed a lot but never developed into the
technical area and suddenly find someone who knows about that kind of stuff.

Staff want me to create an extension to streamline the process? If the
techs tell me what SQL queries they have been doing to make the changes, I
could probably turn that part into an extension function (and make sure to
run proper tests to make sure things don't break) to enable Staff to run
those to through a form. And also create a sort of namespace request form,
which will let a requester of a namespace also mark off special things about
the namespace beforehand instead of having to do it after since they
originally didn't know.
