Currently the only option for PD works in UW is to add {{PD-US}}. Those files
would be categorized to here: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:PD_US
(197895 files) Over there
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Public_domain_due_to_copyright_expiration
are all the others. Most striking the general "PD old" block (946480 files).
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Author_died_more_than_70_years_ago_public_domain_images
those are the PD-old-70 files (55333 files).
