I tested on Mac, and Safari passes "scroll-like" events in textfields
regardless of this Javascript. FF would need it however I guess.
It does however scroll the page to the "focused" element if the element is out
of view. (no problem on the Main page if we have Vector, otherwise might be
annoying).
