Sidebar vs MediaWiki:Sidebar
The sidebar displayed (at least for me) seems to be the value of the default
sidebar. The language set in my preferences is the default for the wiki (en).
The interface message hasn't been edited for a while. I've tried purging,
clearing my browser's cache, and even &uselang overrides, but nothing is
helping the situation.
