I doubt it is a cache problem, though it doesn't seem to be any configuration change recently to simplewiktionary. On the deletion page, the same thing happens, it seems to have been reverted to the default reasons, so the problem really is about the interface. I did a small little investigation and it seems to be some changes in core with regards to the simple languages, perhaps someone can help to identify it and fix it too?
