A stupid design decision doesn't make for an invalid bug. Bugzilla is where bug
reports go. This is an obvious bug, if for no other reason than the "TYPOGRAPHY
REFRESH" is affecting layout, as discussed on the design mailing list.
As a side note, I think it's pretty disrespectful to waste volunteer time by
forcing users to complain about a change on a MediaWiki.org talk page when you
know this will be reverted.
